There will be no harmony in a relationship, unless a couple learns how to manage stress in marriage. Stress usually results from arguments due to differences in opinions, conflicts about how to raise the kids and managing finances. It can also come from being frustrated when expectations from one’s partner do not get fulfilled. Here are five simple steps that may help you restore peace in your marriage by handling daily stress:
1. Talk with tact.
Too often, couples tend to take their partners for granted, and forget that even though they had been together for many years, they still have to treat each other with respect. Never criticize your spouse in public and never hurl verbal abuse to your partner even in a joking manner, especially, not in front of your children. Avoid stress that can come from verbal fights by exercising tact whenever you talk to your spouse.

Heart attacks can be sudden and intense. Some of the warning signs can be felt early on as they start slowly with mild pain or chest discomfort. Sometimes discomfort may be felt in other upper body areas. One indication of a heart attack includes shortness of breath which can be with or without chest discomfort. Other signs are breaking out in a cold sweat, nausea, or a feeling of lightheadedness. If you experience any of these signs and symptoms of a heart attack , call your local emergency services provider or 911 and get to a hospital immediately.

94 scammers were charged for filing false Medicare claims, receiving kickbacks, and fraud in Miami, New York City, Detroit, Baton Rouge, and Houston. It is the largest Medicare fraud bust in history — part of a massive overhaul in the way federal officials are preventing and prosecuting the crimes.
The 94 people arrested included doctors and nurses were charged $251 million on Friday July 16, 2010. That’s a very small fraction of the almost $90 billion in fraudulent medicare claims filed annually. Miami, Florida is known for close to $3 billion in Medicare fraud claims a year. It’s also known as the ground zero for Medicare scams.

Pirate radio station, also know as low power FM or LPFM – Here’s a few basic tips to start your own radio station in your community.
Disclaimer: It is illegal to operate an unlicensed radio station. Whatever you do with my tips, your taking a big risk. Check the FCC website for more info.
1. Before transmitting on an FM frequency, always check Radio-Locator to see if the channel is truly vacant by listening with an FM radio. Your audio device will work best on an empty channel and you will be less likely to cause interference with other people’s radio reception.
I will continue to add more info on this page.

The Internet is a kind of “electronic library” offering a public forum and easy access to groups and individuals to provide information, advertise products, exchange the latest gossip, play games and yes, distribute pornographic material. This has been a controversial topic that the government and politicians have been dealing with for quite so time. It is the easy accessibility to the Internet, and the content and images that children can see that makes pornography on the Internet an important controversy. Pornography is one of those terms that is contested and heavily debated, but no matter what the definition, it is clear that there are photos, graphic images, video tapes, and writings on the Internet that almost everyone would find offensive. Few people outside Germany expected the three-times winners to reach the quarter-finals, let alone the last four, after arriving at the tournament with a squad lacking in big international names of previous German campaigns. But they have to be considered one of the favorites now after a clinical display in Cape Town which left coach Diego Maradona’s Argentina humiliated.
It was supposed to be the clash of the titans yet this tie was so one-sided that it was more like men-versus-boys. Germany, beaten by Serbia in the group stages, never looked back after Thomas Mueller opened the scoring as early as the third minute. Read the rest of this entry →
